The Faculty Of Economics Will hold Social Entrepreneurship’s Seminar

Padang - FE UNP. In order to spread the awareness and the knowledge on social entrepreneurship, The Faculty of Economics State University of padang (UNP) in cooperation with Green House of Alyana will hold a Social Entrepreneurship’s Seminar. The motivation behind this this seminar is the consideration that social entrepreneurship is a business field that started to gain increasing attention and development at present. The social entrepreneurs establish businesses not only to make profit but also solving social problems at the same time. This coming seminar will explain various ways to capture business social opportunities favorable to the participants.

This seminar will present a keynote speaker Iwan Faidi, the Assistant Deputy Entrepreneurship Development at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. Moreover, a number of important speakers will also partisipate ini this seminar, namely, Dewi Hastuti (the founder of Green House Alyana), Agung Murdatono (Directors RNI, Motivator Business), Roy Darmawan (Chairman of the Board of Trustees Asean Youth Community preneur) and Ellies Sutrisna (CEO of Excellent Trainer).

To be able to join this Social Entrepreneurship seminar, the prospective participants are required to register for carrying garbage equivalent to Rp15,000 as the registration payment.

The seminar, which is also supported by the Local Government of Padang, Bank Nagari and Excellent magazine, will be held on Thursday, 25th August 2016 at the Auditorium Prof. Kamaluddin FE UNP on 8.00 am.
