Padang – FE UNP. The Department of Economics Education FE UNP has successfully held the annual events, The 2nd Accounting Competition. The participants for the 2017’s event were all students from general (SMA) and vocational high schools (SMK) in West Sumatera. The Accounting Competition is intended to contribute to the development of Accounting, particularly among secondary teachers and students in West Sumatera.
The event was held on 25th to 26th February 2017 in The Auditorium Prof. Kamaluddin FE UNP. The Faculty’s Dean, Dr. Idris, M.Si, formally opened the event and presented an opening speech. The Dean emphasized his hope for the development of Accounting, especially among the high schools teachers and students in West Sumatera.
